Utilizing fiberglass in its more modern format has allowed us to create a medium fast action blank that offers some of the charms of both Split Cane and modern graphite rods. Fiberglass is incredibly durable and offers a slower action than that of graphite, however the rods pack incredible low down power and can often be setup with a weight over fly line.
